Anthracite Business Forms was founded in 1955.
In 1980, Anthracite merged with Keystone Business Forms (founded in 1967) to form Forms Plus.
Through the 1980's and 90's, Forms Plus acquired various other forms companies and a print shop.

In 2005 Forms Plus acquired Deemers The Office People (founded in 1905) and as a result of this merger One Point was formed in September of 2005.

One Point was recently named Small Business of the Year for 2006 by the Scranton Chamber of Commerce.
